The million dollar question – How soon could the rate change? Because Iraq has now finished everything they needed to, to be eligible and ready to revalue…What’s the soonest? …The rate is only going to change over a weekend. You can disagree or disagree with me on that…But the rate will only change on a weekend. This coming weekend is the very first weekend within Iraq’s history that they have completed every step and requirement to be eligible to revalue. So the soonest Iraq can change is this weekend.
