Historically Iraq has always been slightly above Kuwait. Today Kuwait’s about $3.25…What brought the value of the currency down was sanctions. What happens when you take those sanctions off? If it reinstates wouldn’t that put it around the $3.22 which is where it devalued in 2003? :Jeff
