The only way to give Iraq full economic financial sovereignty is…they cannot be under and US sanctions. They cannot be using the US dollar for trade…and the United States Treasury has to give them power and control over their oil dollars…They want full 100% sovereignty and economic sovereignty after the US is out. But to achieve full 100% sovereignty…they have to revalue the currency to have monetary and economic independence. :Jeff
