Iraq devalued their currency…Does the fact that the rate has already changed matter? IMO no…Iraq can adjust its exchange rate while the budget is still being…drafted but not approved… What we care about is Tuesday 15th, that’s when they stated multiple times the budget would go to parliament for approval…We’re looking for parliament to boycott the budget and not approve it. That’s exactly what you want. As long as the budget remains unapproved that leaves the door open…Iraq is still eligible to change the rate again and go international. :Jeff
