Let’s talk about where Iraq is at right now. They’ve completed their cabinet…The rate will change when they have the budget ready to be sent off for approval, meaning agreements are reached on the budget…I’m not saying budget approved, just the backend steps of agreements – having it ready to be approved. That’s exactly when they’re going to change the rate… :Jeff
