Iraq is transitioning to going international. The movements they’re making right now are not sensitive to the rate changing …but very soon the rate change sensitive matters will be implemented requiring the rate to change…The rate is probably not going to change until after the government has been formed…They’re given 90 days which would theoretically per the constitution give them until around March 14th.
