There’s multiple levels of sovereignty… political…military…financial…To have financial sovereignty they can’t be using the US dollar for trade. They would need possession and control of their reserves, the OPEC oil dollars…Changing the rate is needed to complete that sovereignty …We don’t know how achieving 100% sovereignty with…the rate change factors in with the level of restricting weapons to the [Iraqi] state. That’s the unknown variable…We don’t know how those two steps mesh together. Jeff
