Question: “Does Iraq going international mean rate change?” Partially yes and partially no. Iraq can go international without changing the rate. Right now they’re partially international using the dollar for trade. They have their ports and borders open with the US dollar. So it depends on how far they’re trying to go international. They can only go so far internationally without changing the rate… :Jeff
