What are you even looking for to know when the rate is going to change? The government formation. They’re showing you that blatantly. It’s confirmation [by] the fact that they went from forming the government to bringing scripted delays…until the US/Iran war ends. You can see the formation of the government is the real delay in this. Once Iraq forms its government, after the war has ended, incoming rate change. It’s that simple.
