You know the HCL, Oil and Gas Law, is interconnected with the ’27 budget. Article quote: “Extending the parliamentary session was not a routine to session but rather a necessary step to finalize five important laws.” This is huge. Hear me on this. They did not just extend the parliamentary session to be able to complete the ’27 budget but also to finalize five important laws…I will guarantee you one of which is the HCL. They don’t tell us this in the article because they can’t. But I will guarantee you one of them is the HCL… :Jeff
