Everything shows Iraq is so damn close to going International...You’re witnessing these major transitional steps with money, the dollar, the dinar and all these International laws and regulations, the US being out at of 9/30 so Iraq’s Finance Minister said they can have financial sovereignty. All of this is critical and it shows we are extremely close to the timing of the rate change. :Jeff
