That little phrase they’ve been using aggressively since mid-November, ‘the next phase’.
To me…’the next phase’ means when they’ve gone and have become international…They’re saying he’s going there when Iraq has achieved that next phase status of going international…
They’re hiding the actual date from us when he’s going there. All we have right now is after Christmas and now they’re using words like in ‘the next phase’…
