Countries that are on the US Treasury’s OFAC list, that’s a list of counties that support terrorism. Right now Iraq remains on that OFAC list of countries until they revalue their currency.
This is the US government’s collateral to ensure the US gets paid when the rate changes… That’s the collateral used to ensure Iraq is going to revalue the currency and the United States gets paid. : Jeff
