Why hasn’t Iraq revalued? Why didn’t Iraq revalue before coming and bringing their large delegation to the United States… to meet with Trump? Why hasn’t Iraq completed their cabinet? They had to get the money ready to fund everything. Money had to be in place…They need a lot of extra money going far beyond operating expenses. They need money to fund the HCL, to fund all the new programs coming forward…You have to follow the money…Look what happened this week…signing massive new oil agreements worth mega billions of dollars…The money needed to be in position. Now Iraq can change their rate. That’s the reason they couldn’t change the rate before coming to the United States… :Jeff
