The budget is being sent to parliament for approval – starting October through December. The rate has to change before that along with all the US troops [leaving]. [Before] all the troops and equipment [leave] according to Trump, we’ve got to get paid. Those two scenarios are suggesting it’s probably most likely in mid to second half of September...At the end of the day this isn’t that far away. It’s very close and that’s what matters… Jeff
