As of October 1st Iraq will have military sovereignty. They’ll have political sovereignty. But unless they revalue the currency they’re not going to have monetary sovereignty or economic independence…The Finance Minister said last Thursday when US troops are out September 30th, we will have financial sovereignty. He’s telling you they’re going to have to revalue the currency. :Jeff
