In order to be a sovereign nation…you can’t be under any foreign restrictions, you have to have full control of your military, full control of your country and its financial system and you need a convertible tradable currency…While US troops remain in Iraq they are not a sovereign nation. They don’t have 100% control of their country. They also don’t have control over their financial system because they have to use the US dollar for trade. The troops will be out by September 30th. That’s when their sovereignty starts… :Jeff
