Iraq for the most part through the end of August… provided us with very misleading, inaccurate news. So what makes September any different? It’s the amount of data coming in at the same time…They have one critical date period in this…the rate change date… Everything is coming together at the same time, which is around mid-September…As you can see around mid-September everything in Iraq is coming together, happening at and around the same time. That’s not coincidental. The fact that everything is coming together at once, builds more credibility… Jeff
