The HCL has been outstanding clear since the year 2007. Why?
Because it’s waiting for the rate to change. They need to draft amend it and then put it to parliament for vote. But agin, it’s waiting for the rate to change. You’ve had other [gurus] state that when you see the oil and gas law, you also see the rate change. It won’t work that way. The rate change comes first, then you would hear about the HCL Oil and Gas all going to parliament vote…You’ll never see the HCL before because the rate comes first, then the HCL along with 150+ laws… : Jeff
