REER means Real Effective Exchange Rate. Depending on where the country’s inflation is, is going to determine the direction the rate is going to go, whether it goes up or down. Iraq has…almost no inflation so the REER is going to go in a positive direction through a redenomination. There’s nothing to worry about here. :Jeff
