They have a set date on this. They’ve already agreed to a date. Bankers drafted this. This has a date behind it. Plus, there’s steps that Iraq has to do. They need time to do these steps but they also have a scheduled date…It happens when it happens. We’re not privy to know what that date is. This is a guessing game for all of us.
