Did any of us know today that the central bank governor was going to get replaced? Hell no, we didn’t. I’ve been saying for quite a while the news is all scripted. They know exactly what they’re going to do, when they’re going to do it and it will catch all of us by surprise. The rate change won’t catch me by surprise. It might catch you by surprise, not I. I now exactly what I’m looking for to know when the rate’s going to change…The very critical piece we need to see to identify that date will be the completion of the cabinet. Once they complete the cabinet, it’s game over. Rate will change
