The collateral accounts (5,000 years of mined precious rare earth assets) are collateralizing the rare-earth elements of the (unmined precious earth assets), which collateralizes the new Chinese financial system (global currencies, bonds and market/banking instruments of trade/credit), which guarantees your fiat currency exchange redemption fee (in any amount so desired), to hydrate the entire world’s population survival, growth and ascension needs in the blink of an eye (grace).
3. The Chinese Elders never actually pay you for your currency, they instead credit you on their system with hard assets they benevolently have “kept for humanity.” For hundreds/thousands of years.
4. They too generate a credit (in percentage) against all the assets that are transacting on their own system. Pay yourself first right!
5. Meaning, there is really no money – just faith in a system of finance. How much you believe in the benevolence of this system determines your value to them in relationship to humanity.

1. All SKR accounts worldwide are liquid, settled as of 12:01am EDT Sunday April 30.
2. All funds and accounts can be accessed whenever each account’s domicile opens for the business week (beginning April 30/May 1 depending on time zone).
3. The new financial system has not only completely replaced the old system, the old system has legally been reconciled for the year 2016 — per international bankruptcy law.
4. No new taxes or revenues could be harvested anywhere in the world resulting in many poor nations placed in a desperate cash crunch waiting for the books to clear.
5. Not until total completion of one global financial mechanism gave way in favor of another was our blessing to occur.
6. The irony is that the GCR/RV was so big in scope, it appeared invisible to the unawakened mind and will be a permanent non-event to the masses of humanity.
7. Most shall never know the perilous threat levied against humanity, nor the heroics of the soldiers who fought in the invisible currency war. Yet it happened. And has been made to appear as if it did not. So surreal.
8. If you thought you were isolated before with your hyper new reality, just wait 24 hours. Ironically, it affected every nation, every government, every military, every citizen, every transaction and every currency on the planet, yet less than 0.001% of the human population even knew, participated or care to be educated.
9. Last night when the Middle East markets and banks opened, it was just there: Account codes just flipping over casually, asset backed hydration in any amount across a revalued list of international sovereign currencies.
10. It was on front screens without a word of acknowledgment in the media – anywhere in the world. Just as instructed.

1. Exchanges will happen after the new currency goes in. There is enough money to finance it.
2. There is a remote possibility that a civil war is possible in city areas. The deep state is falling apart as arrests continue and there is a possibility that they might start an uprising as a last ditch effort. Pelosi, McCain, Nazis and evil remnants of the cabal are desperate.
3. They have managed to partially compromise Trump but not totally. If this happens, it will happen in about 3 weeks. Keep your mindset in a possible frame and store supplies.
4. To what extent the military joins us is not yet known. 80+% are on the side of the people.
