1. Iraq was supposed to have the new budget and new rates published in the Gazette, released right after morning prayer. The budget and new rates were not published in the Gazette.
2. The budget and rate should be published tomorrow (which is tonight for us).
3. Redemption centers are locked and loaded today. There has been a major change in personnel over the last few days.
4. Everything out West is moving along with limited administrative touches to facilitate the groups. There are last min. details being taken care of.
5. The USN is asset backed and gold backed and been active on the exchange for two days now.
6. Other country’s currencies are still pegged to the US dollar, but have value because of their own assets.
7. Everything is synchronized for the release.
8. The prepaids, SKRs, etc, are still on pending status but are soon to be released.
9. There will be a shotgun start of the GCR.
10. The GCR us underway. It could happen for us tonight, tomorrow, tomorrow night – we don’t really know.
11. Rates continue to be traded up.
12. It will come very soon.

I wish you could see what I see with the money on its way. It is something else to have relief wash over you. Right now I am doing last min. details on bank documents to be sure all is correct so there are no delays in the clearance process. The anticipated arrival date for the first funds is Thurs. May 11.

Russia (which militarily controls the Middle East) is in town right now negotiating Israel’s complete surrender with the Trump Administration. China is waiting for these negotiations to complete before releasing the RV internationally. And, they’re in no rush.
Know the technical structure of the new banking system worldwide is 100% complete, so that’s also good news.
There was a Cabal ghost algorithm discovered on early Monday morning which illegally held funds off ledger then tried to pit them back into market equities (laundered) by Monday opening bell, but that didn’t work and the software glitch was fixed before the opening bell sounded.
A lot of diplomatic meetings are occurring all over the world in a 24/7 urgent manner. That’s big time encouraging IMHO. Urgency now is a good thing. It means this RV deal is finally closing.
Exchange rates keeps rising, so that’s an indication they’re not stopping the overall schedule and/or roll out process. They are just holding back the actually release moment.

2. Russia and China got fed up with the world banking system and formed their own in 2016 (BRICS).
3. The new reserve system, based on gold and the individual country’s resources, replaces the US dollar as the world’s reserve currency
4. All international debt, including that of the US, has to be settled to participate. All countries have to balance their budgets.
5. Military bases around the world will be shut down.
6. There will be a couple of days where all commerce will be shut down so it is advised to store food reserves.

My aunt just went to WF in a southern state and saw the screen rate on DONG as $3.99. She tried to exchange and the numbers reverted back. The teller acknowledged that the DONG will be much higher than the final number that showed up.
