Judy Note: It was my opinion that:
The 800#s to set appointments could be released Tues. night July 2, or early morning Wed. July 3.
Redemption Centers were scheduled to be open on July 4 – when it was believed the RV would start, RV accounts worldwide would go liquid and appointments would start.
President Trump was expected to announce our Restored Republic and new gold asset-backed US Treasury Note during that July 4 Independence Day Celebration.
Tues. night EDT July 2 Iraq would announce their Dinar as international and have their new Dinar rate in place.
Yesterday Mon. July 1 President Trump signed an Executive Order regarding the Taxpayer Bill of Rights. At 4:17 pm EDT today Tues. July 2 it became law. This was the start of NESARA and tax relief.
Redemption Center and certain Bank staffs have been on High Alert and lockdown since Sun. June 30. On that same Sun. June 30 some banks were authorized to redeem Zim.
People have been called in to redeem and exchange, but have not yet been made liquid as RV accounts across the globe would be made liquid all at the same time.
Zim redemption was hoped to be completed within the first three days of 800# release.
Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) could obtain the higher rates until the general public began exchanges, which was expected to happen sometime on or before Sept. 1.
All currency and Zim holders would be required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement that contracted you not to expose the specifics of your exchange and redemption. The Agreement would be valid for the next ninety days. Those with large amounts to redeem or exchange would have more complicated NDAs with a longer expiration date.
On the currencies: There were bank front screen rates and higher bank back screen rates, plus even higher Contract Rates. You had to ask for whatever rate you wished in order to get them. Otherwise they would give you the lower front screen rate.
On Zim Bonds:
a. There was a set Zim rate for those who did not have a specific humanitarian project.
b. There was a higher Zim rate for those who wished to participate in licensed international humanitarian projects (which they would explain during your appointment).
c. There was a Zim rate that was based on the specific needs of your humanitarian project.
d. Because of the high value of the Zim Bond those who held Zim would not be offered Contract Rates on their currencies.

A. WARNING: It was rumored that the Cabal had set up their own bank, disguised it as a branch of HSBC, told a large international humanitarian group that they were “special” and would redeem early without 800#s, or Redemption Centers, but do it via the Internet in a well thought out, though obvious plot to steal their monies and make sure the group’s thousands of humanitarian programs wouldn’t be funded.
B. Validated 800#s and instructions on how to set appointments, redeem Zim and exchange currencies would be published on the below approved websites only AFTER 800# release and only AFTER those instructions were duly verified. You do not have to be in a group, could easily exchange and redeem yourself, plus the instructions would apply to all participants, banks and Redemption Centers worldwide.

1. We have had two false starts over the past week or two. This was not one of them as there were procedures in place.
2. Yesterday Mon. July 1 Redemption Centers received branded codes that were entered in.
3. Early tomorrow morning in Iraq they would announce and have their new rate in place. That would be our time tonight EDT Tues. July 2.

8. The structured payout has been changed to your choice of one to 22 years.
9. You could load up to $100,000 on your card. You could get proof of funds letters for real estate, or things you wanted to buy.
10. You would have full access to your funds within 36 hours.
11. Have an amount you needed before your first payout in 90 days. You could have up to 20% of your funds.

1. The Chinese have positioned themselves to push it through in case they needed to. There has been an ultimatum. They were ready to bypass the US Treasury, pull the trigger, go see Mr. C and get it done this week.
2. There was a lot of tension between the US Treasury, the Fed and Elders because the Treasury has not held up its end yet. There have been shouting matches, ultimatums and lots of meetings happened. It read like an amazing book.

7. I have heard news that I cannot tell – I cannot violate someone’s trust, but it has me excited again. I have not been excited that last couple of days. It was possible you all would get that golden egg this week.
8. Based on the action happening right now we may see “Value Day” very, very soon – maybe as soon as late today or tomorrow Wed. July 3.
9. Value Day meant “800 number day.” They should happen moments from each other. What makes the most sense to me and some good sources was 800 numbers by tomorrow and appointments starting on Fri. July 5.

1. Redemption Center and bank staff have been on lockdown since Sun. Morning June 30.
2. Certain banks were exchanging the Rupiah, Dong, Dinar and were told on Sun. June 30 that they could redeem Zim Bonds.
3. At the banks there was a set rate for the Zim and a higher rate if you had a specific humanitarian project to fund.
4. (Judy Note: We were told that if you went to a Redemption Center instead of a bank to redeem Zim you would be offered the above two options, plus a third option of a higher rate if you wanted to participate in approved international humanitarian projects).
5. Banks have been calling in clients to redeem and exchange, though accounts were not yet made liquid. (Everyone across the globe would be made liquid at the same time.)

1. A brief update before the July 4 Victory Parade. After 243 years, the Original American Colonies and United States of America were now Sovereign and Independent. The Second American Revolution has been won. This will be a July 4 Holiday that has True Meaning behind it.
2. Speculation was that something would be announced by POTUS during his Victory Speech. GEORGE @TheCollectiveQ has stated that “whatever does or does not happen, there WILL be a BIG Announcement on that day”.
3. Will it be an Official Confirmation about “Q anon”? Will it be a Victory Declaration of Independence for the New Republic? Or will JFK Jr. return on that day?
4. July 16 was the day he was Lost. GEORGE has also stated that “Q is already at the Finish Line. Time just has to catch up”.
5. According to David Wilcock, a major change in strategy happened around last Feb. or March. They were shifting from total secrecy into public transparency.
6. The release of DECLASS info and unsealing of Indictments will be part of this open justice. Wilcock believed this would start to unfold by the middle of September. Read Q drop #2700 to understand what I mean.
7. My Intuition tells me that much justice has already happened in secret, and will happen every day that we may not be aware of. I will continue to have faith and support POTUS and the Alliance. Fri. June 14: The Quantum Financial System was activated, Tier 3 completed and a Tier4A test group of 2,200 individuals began. After two weeks of that testing, or by July 1, they planned to release the 800#s.

What to Expect at This Year’s Annual Fourth of July Celebration
Thurs. Aug 1 2019: Sometime between Aug. 1 and Sept. 1 was the deadline for currency exchanges to negotiate for higher rates before the reset went public. Aug. 1 was also the deadline to redeem Zim bonds and to release the new Zimbabwe currency, plus announcement of the US Income Tax Code value-added flat tax (VAT) was expected.
Sun. Sept. 1 2019: Redemption for the general public would begin, if not before.
Wed. Sept. 11 2019: All larger notes of revamping currencies due off the street. Market participants were betting on a huge, seismic shock to the financial system in Sept.
Jan. 1 2020: VAT Flat Tax Code effective. Second Basket of foreign currencies to reset.
Judy Note: While Mass Arrests continued, a soft Martial Law, Stock Market Crash and Internet outage could occur.
