Judy Note: On Fri. Aug. 2 at around 12:30 am EST I received word from more than one very valid source that everything was completed, the green light had been turned on, 800#s would be published within 48 hours though no one knew exactly when, and nothing could stop this RV release.
It was my opinion that this timing showed 800#s release would happen sometime before now and Sat. night Aug. 3 midnight EST.
Prosperity Package delivery was expected over the weekend. Paymasters were not expecting liquidity until Mon. morning Aug. 5. Reports from Europe where banks were closed for Holiday, said all would be liquid when their banks reopened Mon. morning Aug. 5 (our late Sunday night Aug. 4 – early Mon. morning Aug. 5).
It was my opinion that exchange/redemption appointments could be set to begin Mon. morning Aug. 5, the same time SKRs would be made liquid.
It was rumored that the Whales, SKRs, Groups, all Tiers and general public would be made liquid all at once.

2. At your exchange you would have immediate access to 10% of your funds and access to 100% within 48 hours
3. Tier 2 banks won’t be redeeming Zim.
4. Tier 1 banks will be redeeming Zim
5. Iraq was to make an announcement over the weekend.
6. Tony expected appointments to start two hours after 800# release.

C. Aug. 2 2019 12:32 am EST Intel Alert: RV/Intelligence Alert: “Fierce” — August 2, 2019

2. DECLAS was being prepared to occur.
3. All crimes would be exposed.

D. Aug. 2 2019 Investigate Deep State Spying on Political Enemies, ACLJ: Petition to Investigate “Spying” on American Citizens and Deep State Abuses
Comey was running a “covert operation” against the President, with Comey’s spy at the White House reporting back to Comey.
“I think there was spying.” These words by the Attorney General should send shockwaves through America. American citizens – and even possibly a political campaign – were spied on, and the only question is whether it was “adequately predicated.” In other words, was proper procedure followed, or was there rampant political bias and Deep State abuse of our legal system?
We’ve long warned of FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) abuses by the Deep State bureaucracy. We’ve been fully engaged in multiple federal court cases – uncovering numerous abuses and political bias at the top levels of the FBI, DOJ, and other senior officials from the Obama Administration.
Now there are two investigations into the spying on American citizens and potential politically biased abuse of power by the Deep State. An Inspector General’s report is due soon, and the Attorney General just announced that he is investigating the “spying” as well.

Fri. Aug. 2 2019: The green light was given. There would be no stops. The general public was expected to begin exchanges at the same time Tier 4b appointments were made from 800#s release, somewhere in the 48 hours of Fri. Aug. 2 through Sat. Aug. 3.
Thurs. Aug. 8: Private exchanges completed for the Internet Group, although that date could have been extended to Aug. 15. Evidently Zim Bond redemption had until Sat. Aug. 17.
Thurs. Aug. 15 2019: The new Quantum Financial System (QFS) would complete implementation. Aug. 15 also happened to be the day 48 years ago (in 1971), that President Nixon pulled the US off the Gold Standard. Rumor was that all Zim note currency (not Zim Bonds) had to be destroyed by Aug. 15.

Jan. 1 2020: VAT Flat Tax Code effective. On July 3 President Trump signed an Executive Order, content unknown, covering tax laws until Jan. 1 2020. Reset of a second Basket of foreign currencies.
