Once Bond monies were released Tier 4B (us in the Internet Group who had purchased certain foreign currencies and Zim Bonds) would soon be able to make appointments to exchange currencies and redeem bonds.
The Chinese Communist Party and Cabal, which has had control of the fiat US dollar since the early 1900s, was fighting the global reset return to the gold standard by creating chaos including weather manipulation. Their New World Order Plan was to control the population through depopulation, spread of diseases and vaccinations that not only caused major health problems including heart attacks, but inserted microchips into the body.
On Mon. 31 Jan. there were bomb threats at seven major universities and unusual earthquakes in over seven countries including 32 in China alone. Thousands of planes were being grounded over concerns about 5G mobile phone technology that interfered with flights, plus Chinese scientists had now developed a more deadly Coronavirus called “NeoCoV.”
Lead by the Canadian Freedom Truckers, millions were protesting the vaccine mandates across the globe, though it paved the way for food shortages in grocery stores. It was advised to have 2-3 weeks worth supply of food, fuel and goods.
At any time we could expect announcement of Military Law across the globe in order to make mass arrests of the Cabal and maintain the peace until new elections could be held.

I believe George Schreff was also the “trusted assistant” of the famous scientist, Nicola TESLA and stole many of his inventions (like MedBed and free energy technology) and brought them to America where the OSS and later the CIA hid them from the public and murdered Tesla in the 1940s after the war.
