We in Tier4a,b are to be notified to set appointments to exchange somewhere between 3:00 pm Wed. 27 March to Thurs. morning 28 March. The R&R funds release to the General Public and Social Security increases will happen in April. The new gold-backed US Note will be out around 15 April.
