I used tools to scour every single PDF document that I could find, not only on the CBI’s website but every single Iraqi website that had some kind of information that would correlate back to the CBI as far as purchasing, vendors, employees, everything about the organization. I started on the equipment purchases…I thought this is where we’re going to find something …We did…In 2019/2022 they bought about 39 counting machines. 2023 they bought another 33 machines…These machines only went to Erbil, Baghdad, Mosel and Basra…as if they made a change in their money and people had to come in and change it to get the new money.
