Cole: IMO there has been significant pressure/momentum building throughout Iraq in these past 6-8 months…. from taxes/tariffs, contracts, loans, budget… all ON HOLD… waiting… for a new rate…
They are acquiring security and stability through the imminent “official” liberation of Mosul/flag planted from Abadi, and the announcement of Al- Baghdadi’s death… that is how we know that we are close to a rate change for Iraq…. a solid timeline to fall back on is, when they acquire stability and security, they can change their rate!
As Dr. SHABIBI has said himself… there is so much momentum all hinging on stability and security… once they have it, international business can boom! No more fear of war. There is a long long long line of things on hold waiting for a new rate! The only thing the new rate needs is an announcement of a liberated Mosul!
A liberated Iraq! Wow… how close is Abadi to announcing Mosul? It just hit me how much of a trigger Mosul is… though, not at all linked to MR of Iraq…. it IS linked to it indirectly… We should be very excited to be at the very end of our investment imo…
If I may reiterate… give us Mosul! And we will have the MR of Iraq at warp speed… truly…

Tidbit from Wed. night CC notes:
Frank26 …not to see the budget on the 31st was disappointing to me …but now…I understand why…executive orders…it’s ok. I’m very glad that they didn’t open it up with a program rate – a program rate would have been an insult.
They are INTERNATIONAL…and now they need to act like it with their currency

Millie: FRANK, you’d said
“IMO … they know the date … and they need to accomplish this in the MOOKLA of 2017.
The 31st should have been the date that the budget was released … BUT … I believe it is being held by the President.
They don’t hide the budget FROM us … they hide it FOR us”.
My my questions and thoughts are, IYO……….
1. Isn’t MOOKLA to be in the Beginning?
2. WHICH President!! Theirs, or our NEW One? Because They definitely don’t like the past one
3. IF they are hiding it for US, could it be til somewhere around let’s say the “20th”?
Sheila: I agree if you go back to the video of Obama and Christine Lagarde they snubbed Abadi. When I saw that video even I was offended that are President Obama acted like that. Even to make things worse it went international. So think about the middle east and you know Abadi isn’t going to take this likely. Abadi is a very smart man and he knows how the system works. This of course is all in my opinion.
Andy43: I’ve given this a lot of thought. I don’t see how in the world Obama would leave office without Mousal and the monetary reform complete. If I recall Frank told us right after the election, that if Hillary won, it would be more of a delay because she would want to put her final touches on the project. I think Frank said that things are speeding up because of Trump winning the election. IMO… based on what I recall from that conference call several weeks back.
