Rasheed Bank, announced Saturday, for Mbacherth sell the dollar early this week.

Samson: CANADA TO RE-OPEN EMBASSY IN BAGHDAD AFTER 26 YEARS
An envoy to be appointed in coming weeks

After nearly 26 years, the Canadian government has decided to reopen its embassy in Iraq as part of its retooled strategy to fight the Islamic State (IS).
The Globe and Mail reported on Friday that a Canadian ambassador to Baghdad will be appointed in the coming weeks, but the new envoy’s identity remains unknown for now
Canada’s Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland’s office has told the agency that Ottawa seeks increasing diplomatic presence in Iraq part of its efforts to help the country with its war against terrorism and maintaining stability
“To deliver on Canada’s commitments, our diplomatic footprint in Iraq, Lebanon and Jordan is in the process of expanding with up to 24 new field staff based in the region to increase the effectiveness of our engagement and co-operation with local and international partners,” Ms. Freeland’s director of communications, Joe Pickerill, told The Global and Mail
In the past, Canada’s ambassador to Jordan had been acting as non-resident ambassador to Iraq
