JustinandDeb: Family look at the UN ROE change history for Iraq. They have never updated on the 15th of the month all the way back…to 2006.
I know it doesn’t have an updated rate but interesting none the less, pattern broken.

Prudence12: Re JUSTINANDDEB’s spotting of the UN Operational Rates, what I found interesting is that they actually put up March 15th all the way down the column when:
(1) new values on the 15th are statistically rare – you can spot check various currencies, and
(2) they are posting a date IN ADVANCE as placeholder.
Why not post it on the 14th, which is not a holiday? Why in advance?
Prudence 12: Currency-wise / market-wise this is quite rare, because clearly those numbers are not valid until the 15th, although the Op Rates are to be used by the publicas reference only, because as the UN says, these numbers are for their internal bookkeeping only.
Along similar lines, today I found another small but positive sign. With today’s exchange rates INDONESIA this morning added the Vietnam Dong (VND) to the long list of countries they publish exchange rates for.
This is most excellent to see Vietnam included in this list. It would appear that trade between these two Asian future powerhouses might be expected to be done in future in the VND or IDR direct. Expanding a win-win relationship and Indonesia storing up those VND because perhaps they foresee its becoming a key Asian currency???
This is yet another sign of preparation for mega changes to come, IMO.

I find it interesting that not only is March the only month shown on their history for the 15th of the month…
But they are also post dating the rate by 4 days…
(It’s not the 15th of March yet, this posting was generated on the 11th of March)

AN… introduction of a “CHANGE IN PATTERN” with the (UN Operational Rates of Exchange)…About IRAQ… PEAKS our interest… (about any monetary issues)…
BECAUSE… a change in “PATTERN”… is what will ultimately bring a rate change… IMO
Remember what the unofficial definition of INSANITY is… no change… of what you do… same results…
Therefore we look for any “CHANGES” that point in the direction of our investment…
This is why we find this change… “MOST INTERESTING”…
As you stated, it may not mean a lot… but… it “MAY”……. and it “DOES” mean that something NEW has been introduced… to the world, with intention to turn heads… IMO
AND… IT SURE TURNS OUR HEADS IN “A” DIRECTION THAT WE SEEK…

Avatar: I find it interesting that there are a number of countries with an effective date of change in their exchange rate as 3/15/2016 including Iran. Any insight if this is truly out of the ordinary? True that Iraq has never in the past going back in time had a change of exchange rate in the middle of the month.
Just feels like something is up. Interesting that we Spring forward with time change Sunday. God has a sense of humor. The RV will have similar effect for all of us as we spring forward to our missionary purpose when the blessing comes forth.
I also do not see it a coincidence that the RV occur before Easter when our Lord and Savior was resurrected to new Life! I am in high anticipation mode.
PS: Also noticed that many other countries also have listed an effective change of rate on 3/15/2016 as well. Over 100 countries. They too in their history do not have this as a pattern of when effective rate changes usually occur. Mmmmmmm. Very interesting
