Abadi delivers international coalition responsibility for the security of the capital, Baghdad
Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi has decided to hand over the international coalition responsibility for the security of the capital Baghdad, in conjunction with the Joint Special Operations Command, according to a source familiar with.
