Cleitus: There can’t be a launch of something unless the rocket is on the pad and totally FUELED for take off.
IMO, the fuel with the IEX is the waiting for the currency/currencies to have a value. Don’t forget the IEX is a new platform for these new currencies that are asset backed.
Backdoc alluded to that several times.
So, can it be the we haven’t seen the launch of the IEX because the first currency (IQD) to test the launch is not totally fueled until the Iraqi budget with the rate and the activation of the RIDER is first shown?
Are they (IEX and the budget) dependent on each other? UHMMMMM…, lets see. All IMO, of course.
