Frank26: Before we get started tonight, I want to talk about one member on our forum…..the individual goes by islandg1211…turns out they are very helpful everywhere…..not just at KFTA….and it turns out this individual made a post and a lot of people said you shouldn’t disrespect Frank and his TEAMS….but you know what….I responded and I said….you know something….it is your privilege…..it is your prerogative to question me….but I cannot tell you how it is that my TEAMS do what they do.
But to islandg1211 your questions to me…..were good…..nothing bad IMO….I will admit when I first read it…..yes I’m a human being….I got defensive….but my response was one that I hope was in a proper manner….I prayed before I made that post…..and what I’m trying to tell this individual and I’m trying to tell all of you Family…..this individual said…..well Frank this hasn’t happened….and this hasn’t happened….and that hasn’t happened….like you said it was going to happen….
Well may I suggest to islandg that our study is not a straight line….I wish it was islandg….it would make it easier wouldn’t it…..and another thing islandg…..for week after week you have been posting some amazing and good studies…..and every one of those studies that you posted….and they are long…..you have helped so many at KTFA….in fact you are constantly posting…..I agree with Frank.
Now this last post might have been a little confusing where you were simply trying to say…….look I agree with Frank….well you didn’t say that….but I know you agree with our intel…..but we are not seeing these things Frank….what is up with that….and it’s not one on one….it’s not face to face….it’s in a post which causes people to say….whoa….what is that person trying to do cause trouble……
No….islandg was simply trying to point out some issues that our intel covers but maybe you don’t see the evidence of just yet…..now our track record is good….and you will see the evidence of it all….IMO….when it is all said and done…..but right now what islandg did was good…..because there was one thing in that long report that this person put out that made me think….oh my goodness….I was wrong…..
And it’s not that I was wrong on purpose with malicious thoughts….no….but after reading islandg’s report….this individual wrote….Frank you told us at the end of the year…..the first week of January….you said that everybody was looking for the RV…..everybody was looking for it…..well I disagree….the IMF was not looking for it….they were looking for the homework….they were looking for what had to be turned in from the GOI….and you know something…..islandg is right….because that is exactly what we taught….
But I went back and I found the date….I found the recording…..I listened to it…it’s in our archives and it actually said…..everybody is looking for the RV…..everybody….on January 1st……Frank….you Franked up….Family what I should have said…and I did later….but that is no excuse…..I must be responsible for 100% of everything I bring to you….even if it is IMO…..I did say everybody was looking for it on January 1st….but I should have said Family….my TEAMS….all of my TEAMS were looking for it on January 1st…..
Well your TEAMS are pretty silly then Frank….how come they didn’t know they were collecting the homework and presenting it to the IMF…..well we found out and that is why we told you the first week of January….when we found out.
No islandg1211 there is nothing wrong with your presentations on our forum, you have been very constructive….you have pointed out things….you have reaffirmed our intel…and this last one was just simply trying to point out….look we are not seeing these things that Frank told us….we need to recalculate things….reconsider….reload up things….
Well I hope that what we do tonight is to hopefully answer a lot of questions….and we seem to set the record straight every Monday….and no….that is not egotistical…..look at our record….when we tell you something there is a good chance it is going to come out….IOO….as we give it to you.
We will never give you a date….we will never give you a rate…and that may cause a lot of frustration with many of you….but we will never give you a date….we will never give you a rate…..we study time frames…and as far as the rate goes….come on…..we’ve already told you they are thinking about a float or they will come out at 1 to 1…..oh that is a shock….that is insider information…..

So where are we with this adventure of ours….I notice that IQDbeliever states….a study is not a prediction….IMO….woohoo….yeah we cannot predict what they are doing can we….and yet we try to analyze and give our opinion about it….

What do you mean by the study….well as you remember the IMF got a hold of the GOI and Abadi and told them…..hey we need you guys to turn in your math….what do you mean by math….are you going to do the budget….yeah in fact we are going to do the budget in December for the very first time in 10 years….we are going to release it and use it….and recently they just told you…..by the way….the 2017 budget we aren’t touching it….it’s perfect….wow….WOW.
Ok the laws, the ministers, the cabinet…..all that stuff is good, but you are telling me that the budget is ok even for 2017…..wow…..IMO….you got your math done…..you’ve never had a budget in 10 years and you have one now and you are telling me that 2017 is okie-dokie….your math is done isn’t it…..
And then on top of that you have these machines….and the IMF approves them….your math is done….but not only is it done….it is superior…..it will fulfill…..what about the price of oil….how is it doing…where is it at….twice the amount just about that you are going to get now…..how are your reserves doing….how is the currency going….how are the bonds going….how is everything you want going….pretty good isn’t it.
Every blue moon…..every 150 years or so…..God gifts us with an amazing creation….IMO the last mathematical creation that was gifted by our Heavenly Father to this world….to us….was an Indian from India…by the name of Ramanujan. Ramanujan did not have the ability to be a scholar like most educated people…..I think he went as far as high school…but something happened in that high school in India….he picked up a book on theorems and prime numbers and certain principles of math….lo and behold….he was able to see it in the way that maybe Einstein was able to see it…..in a different way…..
Einstein saw space and time as one….we never saw it that way….and when he saw it and then explained it to us with mathematics it blew us out of the water…..Ramanujan also blew us out of the water….in fact he only lived to like 33 years old….he died of TB….but he left manuscripts of mathematical forms to this day have blessed us….to this day I use them to study string theory.
Why am I talking about this…..because….he inspired me….Mozart inspires me…..Jesus Christ saves me and inspires me.
I know islandg1211….that you want precise….lasered intel….and I know all of you want it too….but it cannot be done without the proof….and me and….I hate to say the word TEAMS…..because other gurus or organizations are using the word team incorrectly…..I don’t even talk to you about I-TEAM no more….even islandg questioned….what about I-TEAM I thought they were supposed to be guarding Dr. Shabibi…..of course they did, you think I lied…..that was a long time ago and they have been reassigned and they are somewhere doing a completely different thing right now….and do I talk to I-TEAM with you any more….no I don’t do I.
I mean I understand throwing things in my face….and I don’t think islandg threw anything….it was done very cordially and respectfully….it’s just hard to communicate on a two-dimensional surface…..but this mathematician changed the world and I believe the math on the inside of the GOI and the CBI is going to change their world…..
I believe the math is good and I believe that the proof is there but I can’t give it to you….and I won’t give it to you….I want to give it to you….but there is only so much that we can share…..if we gave you the proof that Ramanujan was lacking in his studies….well then all those professors wouldn’t have picked on him…..
The professors in England picked on him pretty badly….because he was a minority….he was uneducated….but he was a genius from God…..and his math was right….and they wanted the proof….and you want the proof too….don’t you….but I can’t give it to you….it’s not my prerogative to do so….instead let me tell you that the machines that were sent is proof that they got their math right….
IMO…..they are going from an RI into an RV as I told you….and I believe the LD’s are next.
Now once again islandg questioned and said….well Frank you said that Dr. Shabibi was going to give a speech….what happened….where is this speech…..I told you….1, 2, 3, 4….you saw 1, 2, 3….but you haven’t seen 4….the speech….you think I’m lying….once again….IMO……Dr. Shabibi is going to give the world a speech….and then we also posted…..we don’t think he is coming back…..Frank what happened….you said he was coming back….well you are stupid….you have bad intel….no….no….will you stop it….if we update your notes….forgive me….and DELTA and I have made it very clear in the last 2-3 weeks….we don’t think he is coming back….

The arrival of an international team into Iraq is interesting…..they invited this international team to investigate the governors of the GOI….they want to check out the relationships of these governors and those who have relationships with the governors.
Do you see the advancement….we went from cleaning cities….get me Mosul….to cleaning the GOI…..we scared them to death when Sadr invited the people in and we backed off and let them do what they did…..to the point where…..hey international team….are you coming in….yes we are….how many of you did bad things with Iraq’s ministers….we aren’t going to tell you…..don’t worry international law has you covered…..well I was offered….well ok….and that is where we are at with SECURITY if you want to know….if it is that important.
I’m not going to give you a date or a rate….but I will tell you….oil contracts…..oh buddy…..because of contracts…..because of oil contracts that were negotiated that left a paper trail longer than the trail of this toilet paper IQD….they got the proof….so they go in and start asking….hey minister did you do this….did you do that….oh no not me….well we got proof that he is saying you did….we got proof….and SECURITY within the government is needed and is advancing.
In fact….check this out….United States Jack Lew needs to reinforce the pledges against currency devaluation….really….and he wants this done by next week…..hey Jack are you still there….you are back home aren’t you….we talked about you….yes there you were last week, sitting pretty all that bling-bling….so what is it that you want…..what do you want from all these countries you talked to….you want pledges of what…you want pledges that they will not devalue their currencies.

Well you see there are phases we are going through right now and we are pretty much done with Phase 1 and it was under a program rate of our currency….but now as we enter this Phase 2….I think you guys call it an RI into an RV….I don’t know…whatever….but this Phase 2 that Abadi and Dr. Shabibi have been working on is huge for our infrastructure…..oh yes…and as President I am going to have fun….
This Phase 2 that we are in….we need the bonds….you mean the bonds that didn’t work the first time….no…no….no negativity….you see we know the bonds have to work this time….we have to fund them….I mean in the process of lifting the value of our currency we lift the value of our bonds….and we are in this process to fund our bonds…is that a good way of saying it…..I said I was going to have fun funding my bonds…..too bad your name isn’t James Jack.

Where we left off I was taking on the persona of Abadi and also of President Masum who was saying they are finishing up Phase 1 and entering Phase 2…..and that is to rebuild Iraq….starting off obviously within the infrastructure….and one of the things that Phase 1 did was to carry the program rate….but Phase 2 will not carry a program rate…..it will require the lifting of the value of their currency in order to sell these bonds….and they know that….
I mean they failed the first time, and it failed the second time….they know they have to raise the value….and these bonds will have to go up when they do that…..so they are going to have fun….funding their bonds by lifting the value of their currency….it’s simple…..
They also need a lot of things that are going on….like the requirements that the IMF wants them to do and specific laws….but IMO they got them….this is good for Article 8……this is good to create a financial control of the GOI…..that is a powerful thing I just said….and I’m going to repeat it….what they are doing right now in this Phase 2….with these bonds….and by lifting the value and entering Article 8…..it is going to create a financial control of the GOI and isn’t that what we are seeking….SECURITY….yeah….especially within the GOI.
The World Bank says…..look we have $16 billion for you…..and if you think we are going to give you this all at once…..no…..no…and I know you know that Family they will not give them all $16 billion at once….they want it all at once….but they are not going to get it that way….why…..to create a financial control of the GOI….what did I tell you that banks do….why do banks lend you money…..because they are nice…..because they want to control you….but I don’t think the World Bank is counting on Iraq to fail….they are counting on Iraq to succeed in Phase 2 of what they are doing with their currency….and the value of their currency.
The IMF told them….we are going to help you….and these are the things you got to do…..and if you look at all those things they have to do….and you saw the checklist…..my gosh…..they either have them all done or they are working on them….and the last one is to raise the value of their currency isn’t it…..to raise the value of their currency…..
And IMO me and my TEAMS….or whatever you want to call them…..we see things we do not want to share with you….IMO they are working diligently and they are working to lift the value of their currency….and we have already talked about the meeting that they had….about the month and 10 years….and the currency don’t devalue….that was the first part….and we are in this part now and the IMF did not necessarily give them something that they have to do …..it is a mandate….so I suppose they…..
Look here is what I’m trying to say….the IMF worked with them when they gave them their homework back in December of last year….and they said well finish it all up in the first half of this year and you will enter the international world….and they gave them a roadmap….remember we said that……
Ok GOI let me see your roadmap….ok that is the one….that roadmap was a vision….something you can’t hold in your hands right now except your dinar….it was a vision with a future of this country….through the loans….and IMO….they have already begun to achieve these conditions to get this loan….you know darn well they want the loans….you know Iraq is the ME….there is no water….if you were out in the middle of one of these deserts…..what would be your first request….I would like a pair of Nike shoes….really….how about you sir….how long have you been out here….three days….what would you like sir….water…..
And in the same comparison or metaphor…..Iraq….people have been giving you money for over 10 years….yeah….they just want to be our buddies….but people are not giving you money any longer are they…..they will give you loans now…..yeah…..why….because we have no money…..and I know what you are thinking…..if they don’t have money why isn’t it that they won’t raise the value of their currency….
You just can’t do something like that because you want it done….there’s progress, procedures, steps…this and that….and you know something….IMO….they are coming to an end with the first half of 2016…..that mathematical proof has been given to the GOI….this mathematical proof is about to be reported I believe at the end of this May.
They have achieved conditions Family….they have eliminated quotas….remember I told you that last Monday….and I think you may have read about it this week too…..you know how big this is…..listen our brother Aggiedad…..Aggiedad is a brilliant mind….I like what he said about this situation we are talking about….first of all here is what it says….

in other words they are calling them government debt bonds….now seriously contractors are you going to accept these bonds at 1166….of course not….you didn’t the first time and you aren’t going to do it again….so why would a contractor be willing to take a bond based as payment on a worthless program rate of a country…..what is it that these contractors know….what are they being promised in order to make such a stupid mistake….but it not a stupid mistake….
And that is why when you say….why don’t they just raise the value of their currency….because that would be a stupid mistake…IMO.
You don’t do things carelessly or lackadaisically Iraq…..no more….I love what is going on and I love this study….and I love what islandg1211 presented….because it corrected me in a statement that I made….and it allows us to look…..all the things we’ve said before….maybe we are only seeing about 70%…..where is the other 30%….it is coming….IMO.
Iraq may be offering very little in the form of collateral for you or me or the world….but IMO…..the coalition teams, countries could care less about some stinking collateral….because they know something we don’t know….in the same manner that I know things that you don’t know and I can’t share…..which causes our intel sharing not to be linear but to be sporadic….to the right to the left….up down…whatever…..Frank you are crazy….no we are not…..you are just impatient.
So these coalition countries don’t give a stink about collateral….there is a war to pay….now……and many other bills to be paid….now….the math is good….let’s go.

And we talked about the governor of the CBI….and many of you got excited about 4 days ago when you saw the picture and you said oh look there is Dr. Shabibi…….Dr. Shabibi was not in that picture and I came out and told you no….you never put two governors of a central bank in the same room at the same time….no….and IMO….as we have been expressing over the past few weeks Dr. Shabibi is not going to come back to the CBI…..
Oh that is what Frank forgot to say….and I was chastised….what do you mean he isn’t coming back….he’s not going to do his speech….you misled us….you were wrong…..oh for crying out loud….do you know how precise I have to be…..in order to satisfy so many….
No we do not think Dr. Shabibi is going to come back as the governor of the CBI….but he sure is coming back to make speech….he’s going to tell you……in fact last week DELTA and I hinted that whoever the governor of the CBI will be…..he will be good….he will be smart….remember those words….and we told you that Dr. Shabibi is getting too old….too fragile and he is getting worse.
Frank26: And we might as well talk about this too…..I don’t care for Allak…but Allak has become a soldier….IMO….Allak is the acting governor by proxy…..and if Dr. Shabibi wishes to keep him as such…..he shall be as such…..and in fact why don’t we update our notes and say….IMO….Allak should remain as governor of the CBI and Dr. Shabibi should come back and present that speech to make such a claim.
But I think you are going to see the math first…..I think you are going to see some things first…..that Dr. Shabibi wants to talk about.
The contract that you see by the IMF with Iraq will come to an end at the end of May….and maybe we will see more things around that time…..I truly hope that sets the record straight.
Look Family…..Dr. Shabibi was a little bit naïve….just a little bit….there shouldn’t have been all those millions and billions that were stolen….now I know you are not a soldier….you are a mathematician….but you had soldiers…..besides sir….all good soldiers fade away.
I’m not trying to degrade Dr. Shabibi…..I’m not trying to knock him down or make him seem like something less….but he was a little naïve when he dealt with Maliki….and that IMO….is another good reason why Dr. Shabibi should go ahead and retire…..young blood sir.
Too much was stolen by the auctions of the CBI….and as far as the amount that Maliki stole it was an insane amount.
What we are more concerned about with Iraq right now are their economic reforms……they said very plainly….you saw it this week…..they said……who is they…..Abadi and the President, and Zebari….everyone that is working together in the GOI in these private meetings….they said…..our economic reform….Phase 2 that we are moving into right now requires to be conditional with the financial reform….
Did you catch that….Praise God….here are these guys who are against Abadi but they are not….because things have been cleaned up, now they are with Abadi…..Abadi is getting everything he wants…..good gosh they say….economic reform Phase 2….it has to be conditional with our financial reform….
In other words raise the value of our currency in order for us to even have an economic reform….we need the bonds to be sold to trigger this off along with the loans we are going to get….because the RV is going to take months…it’s going to take a while…..got it.
And notice the loans are not all of it….it is only for a certain amount….how much is it…..answer me…..how many billions does it take Iraq to run its budget for a month….then you will see how much they lend them per month…..so wow….you ready guys….oh yeah.
Jiminy crickets this is impressive…..Abadi….this is your new technocrats….your new stuff…..yeah….pretty good aren’t they….yes if you want to get things done it is impressive.
Now Family I need to tell you that it has to be conditional….one must work for the other to work….they must raise the value….and they say unconditional….with our financial reform….now here is also what I want you to know….when it comes to the financial reform and the articles they are showing you….that is what they are working on in order to get the economic reforms….are you with me…..I want you to note the word in Arabic is ????????…..this is your economic reform…..this is their financial reform and the GOI is proudly telling the citizens we are doing this financial reform to bring forth your economic reforms.
What you need to know is this is a currency reform that we are working on right now….in conjunction with the economic reform….these are two separate animals that are being brought together like Siamese twins the same way I compared the GOI and CBI being Siamese twins….TA-DA. These meetings are doing this…..critically important point there….IMO.
And they are giving them a three year loan of $5 billion in June…..this is a currency reform….the grand opening is going to be not only with Phase 2 of the RV….not only with the loans….not only with the bonds…..this is all because of an update in the credit reports for Iraq….they snuck that in to everybody out of the blue….and the financial reform….well you know what that is don’t you….it is the lifting of the value of their currency….this is what they are telling their citizens they are doing….in their language…..which our DELTA translated and gave to me and now I give to you….this is qualifying for the loans and Article 8….and the credit rating was the stimulus to it and why they are here.
Abadi and the Finance Minister…..they met before Amman Jordan….and they said to the citizens of our country will see a change and our country will see a change economically…..but he said to them very plainly….we will improve gradually….and he told them that the loans were part of their improvement.
What did Abadi have up his sleeve to save this country….what we are now studying…..the IMF said we will get you into the international community in the first half of 2016 and IMO…..these meetings are showing them the steps….the math was good….it is the proof of the math that is bringing forth the evidence.
They will meet….they have been meeting….they will continue to meet up until May 18th with constant meetings….Iraq is stuck….on the 28th of last month….they were given…IMO….until the 28th of this month.
Conditional…..it has to be conditional…..it has to be Siamese twins….the financial reforms and the economic reforms of Iraq have to be in cahoots and in conjunction….if not….this won’t work….you might as well not lift the value of your currency….because you do not need it for your economic reforms…..yes we do….well then reform away….then raise the value of your currency…..what I like about this is the IMF is assisting through contracts during the first half of this year.
Iraq has to do this in order to enter Article 8…..so Dr. Saleh….you stay as advisor to Abadi because you have been doing fantastic….Allak you stay as governor of the CBI…..Dr. Shabibi, come back and tell everybody these two things….then islandg will be much happier with me
There is a guru that I did pick up….I told you I went and visited a lot of places for the first time….and I saw a guru say….Iraq is going to devalue their currency….what…..this is some of the people that people turn to for info….wow….Iraq is going to devalue their currency….may I kindly give you some advice….IMO….you cannot devalue a program rate….silly rabbits.
So basically our study is not a straight line…..Iraq has made some changes….and Iraq is making many more changes…..and the IMF is showing them how to make these changes…..slowly we are seeing this progress…..not all at once I am sorry…..so don’t look for it all at once….it’s progress and Abadi said gradual.
The House of Representatives is meeting and they have a procedure to hold comprehensive Parliament sessions this coming week…..you know what I say to that…..good….Praise God….because they are not changing anything for the 2017 budget…..they are moving forward and these guys are about to have their first session.
Check this out….”A large economic delegation to negotiate with the IMF in Amman Jordan to finalize the details of the SBA along with Saleh, the Minister of Electricity, Minister of Planning, the Financial Control Board, Minister of Taxes and Retirement, Customs experts, Minister of Finance, CBI officials”….what kind of meeting is this….all this for a $15 billion loan to be spread over 3 years…..and a $6.4 billion loan that was signed by Zebari for the month of June…..are you kidding me….
You could have sent anybody over there to pick that up…..that is an important delegation with many important heads in the group…..this meeting was in Jordan but I also told you who met before that meeting in Jordan didn’t I…..so what is so impressive about this….these guys are getting together because they are going to lift the value of their currency…so that is why they are going to give them the loans….there is no other way they can get the loans.
You know what is also impressive to me….this kills last Monday….last Monday we talked about the MCP…..the Multi-Currency Policy that Iraq has….yeah…..because they are not going to use the USD or the Euro to add value to their loans or bonds….and you know what….what……the citizens are watching this…..you go first….no you go first….then I’ll bring in my 000’s.
I want you to know….because it is important….many laws are being used….they are not telling you about them….but I do want you to know….there is a Budget Law that is being amended as quickly as possible in order for all these steps that we talked about to be accomplished…..in order to qualify….to comply with all of the IMF requirements before next week’s review…..as the CBI watches all of this….as the citizens watch all of this.
DELTA…..DELTA how are you doing buddy…..Frankie….Frankie I’m doing good….our brother would tell you in his opinion and in mine….we see big negotiations that are going on with Iraq and the IMF….and it is very clear that for Iraq to be assisted right now that is what they are doing….they are being assisted by being shown the way….and with regard to the loans….and the bonds will soon be with an increase in value….and the IMF says do these few things and we will guide you and help you….guess what….the evidence is there to show they are doing it….the evidence says they are meeting daily….sometimes multiple meetings per day.
The CBI site went off today for about 9 hours Family….did you know that….now I don’t want you to get overly excited…but I will tell you this….the CBI website seems to be shutting down a lot lately…..we don’t know why….but we are students….and we told you….DELTA only looks for one thing.
DELTA also wants you to know….these meetings Abadi has said….there is a crucial condition of economy….that we and Abadi is pushing….we are not making money he says to the GOI….we are not making money and we have all these resources….how embarrassing….we need the market economy….that is our future…and the only way we are going to do it….well you know how…..so we are all working together with Abadi are we not….yes we are…..
Like we said…..Abadi got all that he wanted…..and he’s getting the people…..and the country will soon see the future…..the RV is not the only solution….we need the companies of the international world…..we need them to come in and invest in our nation…..with our currency….and this is what is being talked and preached by Abadi within the GOI.
Allak is acting as the governor….yes….you saw the picture….there he was in Amman Jordon….but I want you to know that Allak is back in Iraq as of today and as soon as he landed they quickly rushed him over to a meeting….the flight only lasted 35 minutes and he was whisked away to quickly give the information that he had gathered at the Amman meeting…..Allak is turning into a good soldier…..and Allak is working with the GOI.
Did I tell you that we bonded the GOI and the CBI……to tell them look it is the financial reforms….we need these laws in order to bring forth the economic reforms….by raising our value…..but we need the financial reforms first…..this is impressive…..the financial reforms will occur as soon as they add value….life will be given to their currency….by lifting the 000’s from the exchange rate….which adds value….then the next phase….give them the LD’s……then we lift the 000’s from the streets…..so there are two ways to lift the 000’s.
Allak did not lift the 000’s in all the time he has been there….why…..because that is Phase 2…..oh man a bunch of light bulbs just came on……Allak hasn’t lifted the 000’s because he has been finishing Phase 1…..they walk into Phase 2 soon….then he will offer the LD’s and collect the 000’s from the streets…..this will be done in 2017 and the articles tried to tell you…..right now they are adding value to their currency….that is the financial reform and many other thingst that will be done in these meetings from taxes to tariffs and on and on.
It only takes $3.5 billion a month to run their country…..they are only going to give them a little bit at a time….they are not going to lose this money….these are loans….not charity….the $5 billion loan is all they get….they don’t get the $16 billion all at once…..and to learn from your mistakes and to see it in your study….oh wow…wow…..this is very different from the last time they attempted this.
So this money is through a credit rating that was given in order to get them more loans….and also the bonds in which they will increase the value will help them to get more money……because they have no liquidity…..all of this must be done with a tradable international currency….
And because we have spent months and years to get to this point….you are telling me it’s not going to happen…..then I will say to you that is your opinion….but I am not of that school…..to get an increase in your credit rating out of the blue, in the still of the night…..another place I visited also said in the still of the night….they said aloha….they do our prayers….but they are good people….I really enjoyed their conference call but they had no other information, they were praying for each other, they seemed like good Christian people….but back to the increase in the credit rating….
That increase will give the investors of this planet a better understanding of why they are investing in Iraq…..no it is not a mistake….the math is right….the proof is there….and the credit rating is the proof of their math….because the rate of return is now so important.
Two more days to finish the meeting…..will there be more delays….will Parliament….will they delay….will the two S’s get involved as they have been silent….how about you Kurds and Barzani…what do you think….I told everybody here to just shut up and support Abadi….why did you to that…..because it is kind of urgent for their meeting….and right now they are adjusting the budget for the first half of 2016 for the IMF…..Barzani how do you know all of that…..well I get the memos.
The last second is in their DNA….the last nanosecond……yes we are taking it to the first half of 2016 and 2017 will be an explosion.
Ramanujan he was a brilliant mathematician…..do you think the math of the IMF is correct with Iraq….it is the proof that allows you to solve the equation that brings you to the truth of God…..not bad Ramanujan….it is also what brings forth a financial reform that brings forth an economic reform…..lifting the 000’s and Dr. Shabibi’s announcements…my opinions….your prerogative to ignore it…..or to look for it.
Study with me…..why these loans…..because the RV will not make a difference right away….but without these loans they will die….urgently….and down the road the RV…..will not exist….there is an urgency.
Abadi and Zebari….there will be peace in the valley eventually…..Abadi doesn’t like Zebari because he doesn’t think he is qualified…..he shouldn’t be in there…..but Zebari is also becoming a good soldier.
Zebari you think that Abadi doesn’t like you in the ministry because you are a Kurd…..I don’t know…..could be.
Abadi….do you not like Zebari because he is a Kurd….no he’s just not qualified for the job….he lacks knowledge in how to take care of our money….but he has been learning….nothing personal…..but I want the Minister of Finance to be dealing with Iraq finances…..not stealing them.

How did you like your conference call Family.
Family years ago when we bought the IQD it was like buying a stock….you buy the stock from a company called Iraq….and the dividend is called the lifting of the 000’s….it was the equivalent back then of what the IMF, the WB, the BIS are all doing for Iraq today.
Loans have to be paid properly…..you and I invested…..we were their initial loan….years ago….we have funded them….along with the charity that many countries have given them…..but that was the RI state….
They now enter the RV state….on an international basis….the first time for Iraq to actually pay their own bills now….because of this action….yes we will get our dividend when they raise the value….of our initial investment….that is soon to be paid to us….but Iraq has a lot of bills to pay besides us…..we got there first with the Executive Order….and they got this far with all of our free money…..but many horses are in the gates right now in position…and that was the RI of the Monetary Reform….it cannot help them in the RV….
They have to go and pay the world….us…..and they have to add value in order to accomplish this…..and the explosion of the IQD in the international world that is what will take the IQD to greater heights….and far away from a program rate.
