Frank26: Last night on our conference call I am sure you noticed that I did not want to leave you, that I wanted to talk more to you. We were looking for something, but you know us well enough to know we won’t talk about something until we have time to “cook” it….we don’t want to give you salmonella….so we instead waited…..five minutes after our CC ended last night the phone calls came in…..so I decided to go on our forum and try to share a little bit of what we had…..
We knew that the information would be released…..so I wanted to stimulate our KTFA Family….by giving them a little hint….that the Speaker of the House, Joubari…..all of a sudden suspended Parliament….do you know what that means…..basically they fired everybody…..they cleaned the slate…..
I know many of you on our CC yesterday were saying….but Frank they are going to vote for the cabinet….will you stop it….how many times do I have to tell you….well at that point I couldn’t tell you the rest of what I wanted to tell you.
IMO…..we couldn’t tell you the rest of what was going on…..you remember, Joubari, the Speaker of the House….it was yesterday or the day before where he said……well we were going to have a vote for the cabinet members of Abadi….but we didn’t have enough of a quorum….no….NO….you were told to cancel Parliament weren’t you Joubari….so when we got a little smell of that we though….oh dear God…..because this is what we want.
What do your notes tell you…..1.) Give me cities….preferably Fallujah and Mosul….give me Mosul…..and if you do all Hell is going to break loose….and what did we tell you when we arrived here in Hawaii….they were going to talk like crazy….yeah they are doing that aren’t they….
Family there have been a lot of meetings going on and these meetings were mainly in Iraq…..but now they are in Iraq and DC….but they are mainly in DC….and that is a huge thing to see them pick themselves up and travel across the Atlantic Ocean to come to the United States and meet with us….
These are extremely incredible steps because Iraq does not do this….why….let me give you an example….I always like to give examples or metaphors…..Jesus taught in parables….well Jesus taught me how to teach you…..do you remember it was the Passover and Jesus went into Jerusalem….they put him on the donkey and sang….Hosanna….Hosanna as they laid down the palm leaves and as he came in they were all cheering for him….in the penthouses there were these guys looking at Jesus as he came in…and they said….are you kidding me….look who is here…that is the guy who tore apart the temple because we were making money with religion….
Is that him….yes that is Christ….that is Jesus….well we can’t have him coming into our town….especially on a festival where we make much money…..this guy is going to destroy our money making machine…..we are religious…..we do you think we scare the people to the point where they give us all their money and then we offer protection to them…..oh my this is not right….get rid of this guy.
In the same manner the ministers of the government of Iraq have had for decades a certain way of life in their DNA…and it is not to share with other groups or family members of that country….oh no….it is to overcome them….the DNA of these people has nothing to do with the western culture.
So when the two Holy Men finally said in September….enough is enough….Abadi get this done…and in the same breath the two Holy Men said….USA come on in…..so once the USA came in all heck broke loose….tens of thousands of troops surround this nation and its Green Zone and its banks and its specific cities….the Holy Men joined with the USA to tell Mr. Abadi….who we like….sir get this done.
Well I have these ministers….I have these problems…..no worries…sir get out of the way….USA can you….and the USA went in and scared the you know what out of everyone too…and on top of that….IMO…..they said Abadi….first remember…..I told you in November….the Lone Ranger was coming in….every cockroach ran in all directions….like when you turn on the lights and they scurry all over the place…and they ran towards Maliki….
He’s looking at them not knowing what to say…..but we said…we can’t get rid of Maliki but we can help your government so you can get rid of Maliki and that is exactly what we did…..now Abadi…these are the cabinet members…you got that Abadi….well what about my cousin….Abadi these are the ones….you got that…..Joubari we have these cabinet members….we got to get this going….sure thing what do you want me to do…..cancel…..what….tell them that you are voting but then cancel it….and he did….saying…we didn’t have enough of a quorum to have a vote….
Then in less than 24 hours Joubari suspends all of Parliament….you know what this means…..it means that every minister….good or bad….just lost their jobs.
For those of you that really love Donald Trump….this is a Donald Trump moment….YOU’RE FIRED….every minister all of a sudden scurried once again….but Frank I didn’t see this in the articles…..leave me alone about the articles because I know you will throw this in my face….but IMO….those ministers they scurried again….but this time they tried to create a group….
Maliki what if we created a group and we represented you…ok…ok….shut up…..so they pretend they are starting something up….but the two Holy Men scare them again….I’m being serious….remember when we told you the USA allowed the protestors to enter the Green Zone….why….because this allowed them to surround certain buildings and one of them was full of Maliki’s people…and on top of that they have been writing and painting a lot of graffiti on the walls….this is what we are going to do to you…and it is all in black and they even draw pictures of the gallows….it looks like Halloween….
We couldn’t talk about them before last night but we can now….Joubari wiped out the GOI….you are fired….but this is my job….this is how I have been stealing money from the citizens….you are firing me…..how am I going to survive….how is my group, my sect, my family….how will we survive….you aren’t…..now get out of there.
With all due respect Family I do not know what is wrong with Iraq….we gave them everything….we gave them every opportunity….we gave them every chance…time after time….the US has been extremely patient….I know the sequence of events…..I know of the things we’ve done and given to Maliki and even Saddam…but that is neither here nor there.
Every ministers scurried yet again….but Frank….I didn’t see this in the articles…..leave me alone with the articles because I know you are going to throw this in my face….the ministers tried to scurry again and create a group…Maliki we can create a group and represent you….ok, ok….shut up….so they be quiet and pretend they are doing things…but then the two Holy Men scare the crap out of them….it was getting crazy…..and when it appeared they were about to start killing each other…that is when we stepped in and grabbed them by the ears….that is enough of that we said….we pulled their pants down and gave them a spanking…..now stop it….because I don’t know what else it is that you might want…..so they were told….get the FATWA out of the way….and they did…
It’s been about a month and half now and things have advanced now….oh my….Joubari helped out…..ah we don’t have enough of a quorum….that’s not true is it….well that is what I was told to do….what is the next thing you were told…..I was told to suspend Parliament….by who….by them….the guys who are standing next to the two Holy Men….it means that all ministers do not have a job anymore….their immunity is gone Family…..their immunity is gone…..
That is going to allow Abadi to hold early elections….you want to talk about elections….you want to ask about elections….good because these are the ones that will count…these are the real ones…what they were giving you in the articles were snowballs and we had to shut up because we knew what was going on but we couldn’t tell you….we had to wait until they did it….and when they finally did it….we were like…..ohhhh SNAP….we the USA disassembled their government….all the bad guys are gone….all the bad guys have been fired.
By proxy, Abadi is about to appoint a cabinet that we….well you know….he’s about to appoint his cabinet….and these guys are pretty darn good….and Maliki and his guys…..well now Abadi can legally go after all the bad guys….because they no longer have any immunity.
Now Parliament…what was left of it that was constructed by whoever…..if they don’t follow Abadi….no problem….you are fired too and you are suspended too….no problem.
Abadi is going to call for early elections now Family….and then we will see what happens with Maliki…..don’t worry too much about that….and I’ve kept telling you over and over again….Abadi got what he wanted….VIA the OK Corral….TA-DA….while all of you thought it was the worst thing in the world….I had to keep my mouth shut…and I had to wait.
Yes Blinkster…..article 61….I begged you a week ago Family study this….Abadi is going to implement Article 61 and it is how he will get the government as it really should be.

So….IMO…..Abadi is ecstatic….Joubari was told to suspend Parliament two nights ago and he did it Family….Washington DC is very pleased.

Look Family with this new political arena….Abadi is now going to move at will…and bask.
Mosul….Fallujah….these cities will not fail….a bench mark of around 40% was needed to acquire Fallujah and Mosul….IMO….and IMO we are way past that bench mark….we are past 50% but I won’t tell you where we are at because that is something I should not share.
This is the reason why we see all these meetings….these envoys….one after another….it was us coming to them….now it is them coming to us….one after another….I can’t tell you who these people are…but I can explain the scenario…that is why the bonds are being born now…and that is why they are going to sell these bonds in American dollars….they are going to do this now….these bonds will work…NOW.
Look let me try to help you….this reminds me of what the USA did in the ‘60’s and ‘70’s with Iran.
I pray to God you are listening Family and I don’t mean that in a rude way…back in the ‘60’s and ‘70’s the US did something with Iran…with the Shah of Iran…with the Ayatollah….the United States is going to sell bonds in USD because in all honesty there are not enough Iraqi dinars out there to cover the bonds….now we are involved with the bonds are we not….don’t you think we know how many dinars are printed and are out there….this calculation of these bonds is important for you to try and understand that these bonds are being approached internationally in a completely different way……in the same way as we did in the ‘60’s and ‘70’s with Iran….
So the USA has gone in to co-sign and support these bonds that are about to be sold internationally in USD….you see the USA is buying Iraq…..the USA is buying Iraq…..we will never leave Iraq….we are conquerors…but we also bring in democracy….but Maliki failed with his democracy…..Abadi has failed with his democracy….we are bringing Iraq to where they need to be….we have them the opportunity…..we gave them many chances and they never took it. Saddam took advantage…..Maliki took advantage….so Saddam and Maliki are a lesson learned for the USA from this point forward…..
But look Abadi was in the US when he was made Prime Minister….even though Allawi won the election…..Abadi was in DC cutting a deal….you want to cut a deal….you do it with the USA….and after that many deals were established….especially private deals….especially with Iran.
Iraq has been warned many times….stop it….spank you on the hand…slap you….hit you in the booty…..stop it….stop what…..stop messing around with your reserves…..we are here….and now we control these reserves….we told you….don’t you dare go under $50-52 billion in your reserves…but what did you do….you went right up to the border of where we told you not to didn’t you…..just about $50 billion….how many chances do we give you…..why do you keep doing this….it is because you want to continue to steal don’t you.
Now this is how you do it….and they have been showing them how to do it….hey junior here is your allowance….thank you…..oh and junior this is how you are going to spend your allowance….but I wanted to buy….shut up or you will never get your allowance ever again…..so that is why they are doing it perfect…exactly….that is why they wiped the slate of the GOI and they are putting in what we want….because it is time and enough is enough.
Your reserves are too low…and that really makes us mad because that really topples everything we want to do with the Monetary Reform….you start messing with these reserves…that’s enough….so that is why we are here and we are doing everything you should be doing….basically you are doing everything we are telling you to do….and your reserves are only getting lower….it is a good thing we arrived to take over…..
There have been so many meetings with the WTO, the WB, the IMF….Family the US is in CHARGE…..right or wrong the US is in charge….we are not perfect….we can be little devils….but we can also be little angels…..we are in charge of what is going on in Iraq….in the GOI…as far as the CBI….we will talk about that later.
The GOI and the CBI are two completely separate animals….one might be female while the other is male…..but they are separate commonalities….do you understand.
Maliki will not succeed….Maliki will not survive….even Iran….as we told you yesterday….even Iran has backed off….they are saying….you better listen to America….you know why….because they got the biggest stick…in all of these meetings they got the biggest stick.
There were many high profile people that went to these meetings….I would love to tell you about them but I can’t…..many high powered people who met with these people in DC….they warned them…these high powered people warned them in person and they warned them in the GOI when we arrived in November….and on top of that they even went to their homes.
Knock…knock….hello….open the door….who is this…open the door….oh yes sir….you are going to do this and this in the GOI from now on….do you understand….yes sir……and that is why Joubari suspended Parliament and wiped the slate clean….we are about to put in the pieces that will actually work the reforms….we got your back Abadi….but even you are not tempted to steal….you are tempted to be cautious….sorry we don’t have time for that anymore.
So IMO Family within the next two weeks, within the structure of this month or maybe going into next month we are going to see some more things.
As to the immunity that is gone…..this is most impactful….because we all know what the US is doing in Iraq don’t we….and they don’t have the immunity to protect themselves from us any more….we are going to get every bad guy out of there…..actually mission has been accomplished sir.
We have very elite troops in Iraq….I mean the best of the best….best on this planet….we are “special”…..our fighting men and women are “special”….and they are doing their thing…and you pray for them….and maybe when they are done you will see Dr. Shabibi come back and you will see a huge turn around in Iraq.
And Zebari…..we aren’t too happy with him….he’s in trouble….but the US says….Zebari…..want to make a deal….well yes I’m in trouble….we know….that is why we make deals with people in trouble…..want to make a deal….what do I do…..you know the DFI funds….yeah…what about them….I didn’t take them….Maliki was the one….Maliki wanted them….shhhhh….chill….we know all of that….we want you to hide the DFI funds from Maliki…..to make a deal….hide the DFI funds from Maliki….don’t give them to him or his ministers….then we will see what we can do for you…..so he did….and this is what is allowing the reserves to not go down.
So Zebari back in September, October, November….he says….Turki….he reaches out to Turki….help me hide the DFI funds from Maliki….and sure enough that worked….he earned some brownie points….even though I don’t care too much for him because of what he did, what he stole…..he has proven himself in the last few months to be worthy to keep around….I don’t know…..Abadi does not want to keep Zebari….he says he is not qualified that he is corrupt….but it is the USA who makes deals….and you only make deals with us.
Family Iraq has wasted their youth….the US will now come into Iraq and educate their young people….men and women will now be educated….generations have been lost and killed…..so many generations have been lost….without the US this place will simply collapse….they don’t even know to educate their youth…their youth their young is their future….you have to teach these old dogs new tricks….or they will continue to bite themselves and become rabid and kill each other….we are there and we will not allow anything to fail….anything….from this point onward….and why they don’t get it….I just don’t understand….it’s been 11 years going on 12 years….enough…and what happened yesterday is the start of enough.
Iraq is one of the richest countries in the world….but they are hard headed….they are jealous of each other….tell Iraq….you stop it…you guys…you bad ministers trying to control everything….that is not the way to do it…..the US has been way to patient…and if you do not listen….we will take you down….do you think the fear of what the two Holy Men said puts the fear in them….you bet…..
You think the fear of us being there puts the fear in them….you bet it does or we bomb them back into the Stone Age….you are going to do this with us or you are not going to do this at all…..and if you don’t believe me Iraq….just ask Maliki….but I think they do believe us….and I think the progress they have made, especially from day before yesterday into today has been unbelievable…..unprecedented….
So Iraq ministers you are now with the cabinet that represents good technocrats with the Prime Minister that we support…and the new ministers who are few and far between are the back bone of this country….so stop your personal nonsense….stop your greed…your arguing….help your people….you are the people who can help your nation….you are the ones who can do this….who can take your nation into the future and into the international world….you represent us….don’t embarrass us.
Indeed like those who were jealous of Jesus and who were afraid he would take their money machine away from them….so were the bad ministers of Iraq.
The Monetary Reform policies has nothing to do with the GOI’s actions Family…..these are two separate entities…..and envoy after envoy got this message across.

Now here is the interesting thing about this….when we arrived in Kuwait….and we conquered things…..within the first quarter….within two months we reinstated their currency….then the IMF revalued their currency….
it was a little bit high and then they brought it back down….but still….for the love of God we just entered the country and then in less than a quarter we reinstated their currency….excuse me royal family….is your government ready for this….not really….we don’t have even a cabinet….we have the structure but we need to fill in the spots….so your government is not ready but the US has allowed your currency to go up in value….I guess they had to pay for a war didn’t they.

You want to study more….you could look up something called the Marshal Plan….but instead go and look what we did with the currency of Japan and when we did it and then go and look at what we did with the currency of Germany, the mark….and when we did it….we wrote the book on this decades ago….and this model is being followed in Iraq….and I am proud to be able to tell that to you today.
For the US to be in the ME this long it is not normal….how long….10 years….another 10 years…beyond that even….our Commanders in Chief do not feel comfortable with us being in the ME this long….it’s not a good idea for the USD….it’s not our way….in fact it has forced our President Obama to go to Saudi Arabia to patch up the truth of our 9/11….
We should not be there….it causes too many questions and too much attention…but we have stayed and we have been very patient….but enough is enough and that is why you literally saw the government of Iraq be wiped out…..no it is not normal for us to stay but yes we have stayed to educate these people….we tried by example and we got kicked out….but now we are back and working with the Holy Man and scaring people left and right….how….with Holy laws and our technology.
We are a powerful nation….we are educating the citizens….we are educating the politicians…we are educating everybody….TA-DA.
Let me tell you another thing….Jack Lew….what’s up everybody….you know if you were in an airplane I could never say Hi to you….Hi Jack…LOL….but Jack you are the head of the US Treasury aren’t you….yes I am….why is Iraq talking to you….well…for many reasons…..because we are doing something for them now aren’t we….it’s our model isn’t it…..it is our way isn’t it…..
But as the head of the US Treasury…..I have never….ever…seen a head of a department especially the Treasury do what you are doing right now….the closest thing might have been when you came in for the last part of the Kuwait Monetary Reform and you helped them….now I know Obama got a hold of you last year and said come on in here because of your experience with Kuwait you can help us with Iraq……you son of a gun….why are you there…..we are there Jack….we are in control….so why are you sitting with a bunch of Iraqi officials….you are smiling….the US Treasury will do something very soon won’t they Jack.
Family….IMO….when Iraq qualifies, the US Treasury, the head of this department will release the information about Article 8 to all of the world banks…..yes this is at a ph level….because no other guru, no other forum talks the way we are talking right now….because you need to know everything.
It is very rare and it has never been done before that the head of a department like the US Treasury sits with a group of foreign dignitaries from another country for three days for no reason….and Jack…there is no requirement for you to be at these meetings, so why are you there….you’ve got minions to do this don’t you….minions to do all those things you don’t want or need to do yourself….so why are you here….I haven’t seen you at a meeting since you met with Kuwait.
And another thing Family….did you know that the heads of these departments like the US Treasury….they are very busy….I’m asking you to study this….we are asking our TEAMS high above…why is Jack there…..we know why…..but we want them to tell us and I pray they do and I pray they can….we don’t know.
We did this in Iran….we did this in Kuwait…..we did this in Germany….in Puerto Rico….in American Samoa….goodness gracious we did this in the Philippines……understand.
But Iraq’s progress is just taking too long to be honest with you….and as of last September/October the Holy Men brought us in with our troops and we’ve been speeding things up to get things done by the first half of 2016…..mission accomplished sir.
Now I will tell you Mr. President….both of you…..42 and 40….I’ll tell both of you Bush’s….I’m proud of what you did….I thank you for everything…and I know you had to bite the bullet….by if I were to critique anything…..I don’t think you should have selected Paul Brenner….I just think he was too green and when you sent him over to Iraq….he took the ministers of Iraq for their word….oh yes sir we will do this…and we will do that by this time sir….in fact Paul Brenner he picked Maliki didn’t he sir….that was a mistake too….he picked the devil is what he did….remember Allawi was supposed to go in but Paul Brenner picked Maliki….that was a mistake but overall sir mission accomplished.
So Family….KTFA Family…..Abadi and the Speaker of the House Joubari have obeyed…they have wiped out the slate of Parliament….they are all gone….and now Abadi will replace his government by proxy….and he’s going to use five laws…..I told you stop worrying about the laws….these five laws will be used to establish the new government and then he will hold elections….once these elections are set he will then establish a caretaker government….then at that time if Maliki has been dealt with….then we are going to see Dr. Shabibi and the Monetary Reforms….IMO.
The CBI plan will be executed by Dr. Shabibi….he will finish the Monetary Reform…..Abadi and the IMF will pick a successor for Dr. Shabibi….IMO….because he is not going to stay…..more than likely less than six months….it will not be Allak….nothing against Allak, he is actually trying to be a nice guy right now the way Zebari is….but I think it is too late for Allak…..may I also suggest that the OK Corral is over with….you will not see that any longer….
May I also suggest that Sistani is also soon to talk….may I also suggest that the battle in Fallujah is well on its way….it has started….and in the same breath may I suggest…IMO…that the action with Mosul is very close to starting if it has not actually already started.
I am giving you powerful intel because when we go into Mosul it will only be pinpoint strikes….remember what I told you about the B-52’s….that we are bombing the caves….but actually what we were doing is removing a lot of the Vietnam arsenal of weapons that we used to use because we have new weapons that we are going to replace them with…..the USA put out an article that we can’t make bombs fast enough to bomb Iraq….that was cute….I guess we can’t make them fast enough because we use them with the B-52’s.
Family this is profound….are you listening….why are you there Jack Lew….may we suggest in our opinion Iraq needs the head of the US Treasury to sign off on compliance with Article 8 once they are qualified for it….that is why he is there.
The red line is not just for the three presidents….the red line is for the constant stealing….enough is enough….the GOI/Parliament has been wiped clean….about to be replaced by Abadi….but the people we are suggesting….we are in control…..it is simply wonderful.
I want you to know that the actions you have just seen….the actions by Joubari were done under the direction of the USA….he was told to dissolved Parliament on April 13th….what is today’s date….April 20th….do you understand when we tell you don’t worry about this article….or that article….that our sources are not misleading us…..do you understand that what we do is very good and dignified and well studied….last night we brought you information long before the Internet knew about it….and today we are analyzing it in great depth.

DELTA: Greetings Family…..as Frank has stated we talked for almost two hours with the TEAMS…..we all know that when Abadi took his position he took one of the hottest jobs ever in Iraq at the same time trying to fight corruption, eliminate Maliki’s followers….in 8 years he had developed many powers and bribed many people so he had much control…
When Abadi started to replace people this did not go well with Maliki and his people….so finally when Abadi presented his list of technocrats they were not well received by many of Maliki followers in Parliament and what ensued was basically a boxing match…

Now they still have a functioning government….Abadi is still in charge, he does have a functioning cabinet, counsel of ministers, they still have a President of the Republic and a good thing for our investment is that the laws they need to move this forward were voted upon and put in the Gazette in the past….Anti-Money Laundering Law, the Investment Law….and keep in mind that the CBI is independent….and just so you know Abadi can request from the President that Parliament be dissolved and they hold early elections….(Article 61)….so this looks like what ever happens is going to benefit Abadi….the mess we saw in Parliament Abadi knows exactly what took place, what is going on, and it is expected to see them apologize and move on.
Frank: I like the idea that they are listening to the advice that we are giving to them….if they can get this government established do you DELTA feel that would be the key to raising the value…to bringing Dr. Shabibi back into his work….do you think the GOI and the CBI are working together or do you think they work separately.
DELTA: I think they are working together, there is definite coordination between the two of them, but remember the CBI can at upon their own decision too……also remember several years ago we said that the US is in control and no one wanted to believe us….but the US is seeking a country that is strong, that does not allow corruption, one that is seen like a leader of the world….remember too that we see the Ministry of Finance and other Iraqi leaders meeting for the last three or four days with the IMF, WB, UST and if there were no plans to move things forward for Iraq we would not be seeing these kinds of meetings.
I remember from our call yesterday too that it was discussed that the IMF has warned Iraq their reserves cannot go below $52 billion dollars….going below this would draw a big red line for them and create all kinds of problems…..this relates to the CBI auctions as well….some of you may not be aware but they use the auctions as a way to pay vendors…..if they stop the auctions they must pay in IQD and they are not Article 8 compliant to do that yet.
Frank: I told the Family tonight about the US going into Kuwait they told the royal family we will reinstate your currency and within the first quarter their currency was revalued….they did that right away….now I know the government of a country and the Central Bank of a country are two completely separate things…..I was shocked to study and see that we didn’t wait for the Kuwait government to be 100% functioning again….we went straight to the currency so the government would have that money to start their rebuilding process….
Granted they were not as war-torn as Iraq but it still needed improvement….I think I am seeing the same thing now….the government of Iraq has nothing to do with the CBI, Dr. Shabibi, and the IMF….and yet they sure do need each other don’t they…..so I think when we saw the reserves start to drop we put our hands on the wheel and said to Iraq….the Holy Man wants us to straighten you guys out….and the latest thing to see…..Parliament literally wiped out….suspended….obviously to be replaced with people we want….this is all fantastic….
I know they are separate but I know somehow there is some type of commonality….and history shows us that they didn’t have to wait for the government to be ready in Kuwait….they raised their value….I see that happening right now in Iraq…..if Dr. Shabibi and the CBI are ready to raise the value….they are not going to wait for the government to be 100%…what do you think about this statement.
DELTA: I’m in agreement you have nailed this exactly right….I’m not sure how many people remember when Saddam invaded Kuwait most if not all of the citizens fled the country….Kuwait was largely damaged by Saddam, no one was there though when the US came in and drove Saddam and his armies out, the government wasn’t in place….
I hope the Family understands…the only difference is that Kuwait was not under Chapter 7 or Article 14 and they were pretty much able to go international right away….in Iraq they can basically survive even with the Parliament shut down until they hold another election….so Iraq’s government is more solid believe it or not than Kuwait’s was at the time of their revalue…..
Article 8 is very important to the Iraqis….not because of the revaluation…it will give Iraq the chance to pay for things with dinars and not have to rely on the USD….all the meetings from the past week have conveyed a renewed sense of urgency……remember too they have said if something is not done by April they would not be able to pay salaries….even if they did revalue today it will take Iraq time to fix their country to see a complete switch to a democratic country.
Frank: It is interesting that this model….this plan….these steps….go back and look at those countries I mentioned earlier….we are doing the same thing today in Iraq that we did with those countries…..
I like the fact that Jack Lew is present….he is busy, he is important….he doesn’t have time to attend these kinds of meetings….the fact that he is there impresses me tremendously….I know too just as we hold the funding for Iraq in USD….we hold the responsibility to tell the rest of the world banks…hey…Iraq is qualified for Article 8….yes the IMF will do this as well but the UST is in cahoots with them in such a relationship….we are tied to them with the loans and the bonds…..
It is good to see that Lew is getting all he needs to make this kind of announcement about Iraq……another interesting thing is that the Holy Man came out on Saturday and said I’ll give you 72 hours for the elections….basically I think he meant 72 hours to start the elections so they wiped the slate clean….
The Holy Man is working with the US so they knew what was about to happen….then he gave them 45 days to finish the rest of the government….I like the words “the rest of the government”….now calculate 45 from last Saturday and that takes you to about June 1st….there is no date….no rate….there is a continual study…a lot of beautiful things…and the fact that you can look back at Kuwait and how fast they did things and that they didn’t have to wait for a 100% organized government…that says a lot….
That is what they are doing right now….the government of Iraq is not 100% intact and ready to go….but I believe in my opinion and in my heart that the CBI is far more advanced and ready to go than the GOI is…..
So if Dr. Shabibi wants to raise the value….knock yourself out….but I guess it is a completely different animal…somewhat about apples and oranges here….maybe we needed the security that we have now….maybe we needed the CBI and GOI to be in cahoots….I know they are separate entities but it just looks like we are calling the shots now….I know this is all about Iraq this is not about the US but we have been dragged into it….a lot of their moves we now have to consider…there was an article two days ago that said…the e-commerce in Iraq is witnessing rapid growth….according to our studies….YES…..tremendous rapid growth….the IMF said that Iran is also having explosive growth too.
I just know they did what they should have done a long time ago and with that I give them a standing ovation…..and if we can compare what they are doing right now with what was done in Kuwait the first half of 2016 has potential….let them continue to do what they are doing because there will be no more fighting…..there will be no more OK Corrals…
What there will be is nothing more than PROGRESS….and if it turns out that Zebari stays fine….if he doesn’t that is fine too….the important thing is I know Abadi is staying…and we are waiting for him to now do the magical thing…start appointing by proxy his cabinet….have the elections…..caretaker government….deal with Maliki….and then see if he can bring in Dr. Shabibi to finalize the Monetary Reform
DELTA: It does look like the launch of the CBI loans that we heard about 6 months ago to the citizens will be kicking off near the end of April….I think this is significant for them to do this too…if they don’t move forward with this kind of effort and reform we all know that sooner or later no one will be getting paid….
If they don’t act fast they simply will not have any money…we know that the IMF is ready to loan them $15 billion dollars but they have to finish their Financial Reforms….they will get $5 billion dollars then in June….this has to be part of Jack Lew’s meetings with them….reminding them of what they need to complete…..
One of the things the IMF wants is the lifting of the 000s and Article 8 compliance…so Jack Lew is looking for qualifications for Iraq…without this approval from the UST you will never see the Iraqi dinar go international….what we are seeing and hearing from the Iraqis and from the news is all good information at this point.
Frank: I believe that the US is talking more and more than they have been….just yesterday it was reported from DC Iraq’s Economic Reforms begin an effect increase by non-oil imports….of course….that affects their budget….because of how dependent their budget is on oil…..good to see other things coming along for them….I like that DC is saying that Iraq has potential to do many things not just with oil…this is the beginning effects of the Economic Reforms.

There is one other post that I noticed where someone said there is someone on the Internet that is talking about this RV not happening until September of this year, could you make a comment on that….NO…and the reason why is that it is not my intel…

So in summation: The US is IMO in cahoots with the two Holy Men, Sistani and Sadr ever since around September or October….they basically put the pressure on Abadi and Abadi did what he had to do and sent the homework in to the IMF and the IMF sent it back around the first of January and there it is and now we are seeing that this homework is being applied and the first thing we see is that the USA has the biggest stick and if you want to get hit with it that is your business but if you don’t want to get his with it just follow what we are telling you
And the first thing that happened is on the 13th of April, seven days ago, Joubari the Speaker of the House was told to suspend Parliament….why…because we want to put in a new cabinet for Abadi….we are in control…every step….and with all due respect you guys by proxy can now go ahead and set up your own caretaker government, have your own elections and if at that time we are done dealing with Maliki here is what we are going to do
We will go ahead and bring in Dr. Shabibi, but if we aren’t done with Maliki we will continue to take care of Dr. Shabibi, and when he comes in he will come in for a while then the IMF and you Abadi go ahead and talk about who you want as the governor of the CBI….ok….not bad eh Family.
