The World Bank has set the end of next year 2023 as a time limit for all state institutions to implement e-governance programs

Al-Rubaie added, “The governance program emphasizes the need for institutions to publish financial statements and contracts to show the financial impact of these explosive budgets in society,” noting that its application comes to enhance transparency, noting that “the lack of transparency in Iraq is enough to stop international grants and international investors to implement projects within the country
He continued, “There is a great danger if the project is not implemented in all institutions, especially in the health sector, as a large proportion of the budget allocated to it depends on international grants,” noting that “until now no department has expressed its cooperation in this aspect, even if there is work, it is not visible LINK

Suzie: We have about a week for the banks to be “hooked up” internationally, will we and the people of Iraq who’ve been waiting on their purchasing power be dancing in the streets…..or do the dinars go back into the shoebox? We wait and pray……just MY opinion…
Patriots12: Yes… I have to agree… no negativity here but the reality of the situation indicates good vs evil and corruption and at least from my perspective its hard to see what we seek by the end of August….. only IMO certainly much has occurred in our favor…. over 1800 final articles lol we shall see IMOO
AshlyD: Both Sadr an Kadzimi have said shortly the people would have their reward, I am with you SUZIE. Their credibility is on the line. In IMHO based on history and the lack of follow through we will have to wait longer …hope not . The natives are getting restless everywhere, and that’s a good thing… We wait .
Suzie: I’m going to have to agree, everyone’s getting tired of all the rhetoric and dancing around the campfire, Iraq, you apparently have the backing and goodwill from Kazemi and Sadr, it’s time you give the people what you’ve promised and with the banking information going the direction we’ve been told/taught, international contracts signed in dinars, not USD’s, the EFSL was voted in to give them the go-ahead to proceed…..so…? just my opinion!
DoTalkToMe: The Silver lining….Corrupt leaders and there underlings are being rounded up.
The bought off judges are exposed. Billions of stolen dinars have been, or are being returned to the country. A Dinar is a Dinar is a Dinar. Purchasing power is on the horizon. How far is the Horizon…it is always before you…
