MZ: CBI on Currency changes, Erbil/Baghdad, Gold, a bold claim in Venezuela, the fog of war, and Plenty of bond rumors to start the week.
MZ: For a Monday on a holiday weekend I think we have pretty good news and rumors.
Member: for Iraq, it is a work day for them…… while it is a holiday here.
Member: Frank had a great bank story…A guy/caller took his dinar into Chase/JP Morgan . They did a SKR then later put the money into his account…..amount unknown.
MZ: Think of a SKR as a deposit slip. It’s like When you deposit a check and it hasn’t cleared yet…you can see the deposit …but cant spend it yet….SKR is basically the same thing as “pending”
Member: SKR is an iou from the bank…. SKR= safe keeping receipt
Member: In Franks story the caller said his Skr was actually deposited into his account about 2 weeks after they gave him the skr
Member: Also In Franks story the skr rate was less than what the rate will be when it comes out according to his caller
MZ: Franks stories about SKR’s fits with what many on this podcast have been sharing with me. We have had a number of people where their wealth management folks have reached out to them thinking they could bring them in possibly last Sat …or maybe this Tuesday.
MZ: Consider this as rumors…… but it would not surprise me at all.
MZ: Banks and Wealth managers believe we are so close they its rumored they are actually setting tentative appointments. I have heard some of the banks are prepared to do SKR’s if it doesn’t go quickly. This is to get people in and proofed….. possibly before the RV goes.
MZ: I did hear from a WF customer (second hand) that the bank offered to SKR their currency this week if it hadn’t gone yet. They want to lock folks in to dealing with their banks.
MZ: I am hearing this from our community and other folks from other dinar communities.
MZ: Is it worth asking your banks about it? It may be worth asking. If I get any solid confirmations I will share where they went and how they did it.
Member: I heard last night that Iraq is now sanction free and they are fully international and can list their currency on Forex now
MZ: We are getting a lot of rumors from the bond side that payouts start tomorrow. I heard this from 3 or 4 more last night and this morning. Cross your fingers. I think we are really close. If not tomorrow within a week or two.
Member: my bank Wells Fargo is on a new system. the teller said it in conversation but he didn’t know a specific name for it.
MZ: The QFS has been up and running for a couple years….look at XRP ect…..many banks call it different names…..not QFS
Member: Happy Labor day everyone….see ya’ll tomorrow morning.
