[via PDK] I am still hearing it’s a goal for Iraq parliament to finally elect their president on Thursday…tomorrow…so they can move forward with their economic reforms. Once again my CBI source assured me that the CBI can change the rate without the government passing any more bills. They have reassured me on this.
