[via PDK] Lots of articles out of Iraq talking about the need to change the exchange rate of the Dinar. From my contacts they had hoped it would have been done on Wed. (yesterday) but they are still looking for it by the 15th…I think we can stick it with a fork…it’s almost done. We are expecting iraq’s rate change at any moment.
