[via PDK] Comment: we’re hearing we must have receipts on the currency. MarkZ: I was told since it has gone on for so long….they are not needing receipts to exchange unless you have an enormous amount of currency. If you have large, obscene amounts like $100 million in dinar or something like that…it would be best if you have receipts….
