[via PDK] I feel like we can hear something at any moment tonight or maybe tomorrow. I know that a couple groups I speak to still expect their funds on Thursday or Friday. These are big groups in tier 3 and tier 4…For this to happen a whole lot needs to happen in the next 36 hours.
