Keep in mind that when Kuwait changed their rate …we did not see it posted at their central bank until people were already exchanging…they had tried to hide it for about 10 days…So we may not see it at the CBI at first…but we also might…Keep in mind when Kuwait went there was no internet and they could hide it…in today’s day and age with the internet and social media…they may not be able to…we will have to see how it plays out.
