[via PDK] All eyes are on Iraq as we are watching this. I expected more movement from Iraq on the government side. Many were expecting to see a new rate today…So far they do not have one. What I have gotten out of a couple of Iraqi contacts is they expect the decision on president in the next couple days by Friday. The CBI has made a number of press releases in the past few weeks that they do not need the government sat to change the rate, and the power lies solely within the CBI itself.
