[via PDK]  [The Nominal Effective Exchange Rate was last said to be about $1.60 per each USD…]  Yes Iraq has already addressed this NEER rate….their expectations if it is to go as a nominal effective exchange rate is around $1.60.  They have talked about this in their own news, in the banks and government… I still hear it will go at an Re-instatement at a minimum of the mid $3 range…
