[via PDK] We have had a number of whales being reached out to sign NDA’s before they are even allowed to go to a facility. I received this information from a number of contacts… So quite a bit of movement today in upper echelons…I take this as wonderful news… so maybe this is it? … Nobody knows the exact timing but we seem to be circling much closer to the “done” spot…I am very encouraged as to what I have been hearing today.
