[via PDK] …in Iraq…I have a few key drops of intel. They are moving quickly…may have the government sat by early next week. Maybe Monday or so…that’s the chatter. There were 2 good articles out about how the white papers revived the banking sector. We have been expecting for some time now to find the new rate in the white papers. I was told they needed to get the Food Security bill done so they could move forward with the white papers. I am praying this is it and that is accurate.
