[via PDK] In Iraq it looks like they are moving quickly to seat their government. We have a contact at an Iraqi bank that has a location in London….they are hoping to start exchanging early next week…There is a lot of discussion from Iraqi banks that have branches in other countries…so things are getting very, very hot. There are rumors that they may start processing people today…but I don’t think so…But, it does appear we are very, very close.
