[via PDK] Question: …if the Dinar floats does the price change hourly or once a day? MarkZ: They made it clear that they will not “Free float” like Kuwait. I was told the most they would allow it to float is 20% over a year. But it is fixed to a currency basket so it wouldn’t float the same way.
