[via PDK] Out of Iraq we got messages saying the oil deal is done…but nothing from the press or media yet saying its done. Question: Mark, if the oil and gas law is done, maybe we get a new rate with it? MarkZ: That is what I was always told…that A few days after it was passed- we would have a new rate. That’s why I am watching it so closely.
